I never considered myself a "flower" painter, but in early 2000's I was asked by special events coordinators at EPCOT if I would be interested in painting flowers at the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival.  I love to paint, so why not?  I started painting poppies, and was invited back to the Festival Center 8 times, until I could not do it any longer due to family issues.  I was asked to paint their poster in 2007.
