This is one of the last pieces I have from this 2-Part Series of 22 paintings. The other part is Angels dedicated to those who have left us with words of wisdom (some are in the Sold Art Section). I have painted over a hundred of those. These paintings are very special to me. They are dedicated to Joe Fisher, a friend who passed away many years ago of a brain tumor. I donated some of the profits to the National Brain Tumor Foundation. Each painting has multiple layers of paints, glazes, mixed media textures, pastels, graphite, and other media to create depth and interest.
