I started painting for gallery representation in 1994. This piece was painted that year, and is on canvas, but most of them were on heavy duty watercolor paper. I submitted about 8 of them to the Scott Laurent Gallery in Winter Park, FL and they sold in one month. Just found 4 of them hidden in my private collection stash. Time for them to find a home. Colors are rich deep reds, gold and blue.
