Earth Mother - Version Two
I started painting for gallery representation in 1994. This piece was painted that year, on acid free watercolor paper. I submitted about 8 of them to the Scott Laurent Gallery in Winter Park, FL and they sold in one month, so I continued creating them. Just found 3 Earth Mothers hidden in my private collection stash and 2 are very similar on paper. Time for them to find a home. Colors are acrylics partially in watercolor technique. Bright blues and reds with gold and silver.
Painting is 4.5 x 6.5 on acid free watercolor paper with an 8 x 10 black mat.
