Sparkle Series

I saw a photograph somewhere of an aerial shot of the ocean and it inspired me to create this art. I created it creating lots of texture, especially in the sand, and multiple layers of paints and glazes to achieve an ethereal look while also giving dimension. And, of course, the sparkles in the waves!
